Step 1: WALK-THROUGH
This is the initial consultation by our staff conducted in your home. Most people find out the hard way that equipment sounds different in the showroom than it does in their home. To prevent this, our experts analyze the dimensions of your rooms to determine what equipment will best suit each room and provide the best performance available at your desired budget.

Step 2: DESIGN
In this step, we decide the optimal equipment and precise location for each system component to give you the best sound and viewing experience possible. If you are having a room finished or remodeled, we work with the construction contractors to coordinate building dimensions and project schedules. Typically we propose at least three system configurations to provide you with a variety of features, options and costs. We work with you throughout the decision-making process so you can feel confident your complete system will be a thriller.

Step 3: PRE-WIRE
Every design results in a unique plan for constructing the system. In this step, we install system connections and wiring, ensuring that they are solid, secure and hidden from view. Digital Vision & Sound uses only the best networking technology available, including CAT5, RG6 and 16/4 and 16/2 cabling.

Step 4: INSTALLATION
In this step, design becomes reality and your home theater begins to take shape! Once the room has been constructed according to design specifications, we manage all pickup and delivery of system components to your home. Our experts install all equipment and then conduct comprehensive system tuning to ensure optimal performance and sound. Most importantly, when installation is complete, you will be left with exactly the home theater system you desired with no other sign that we were there.

Step 5: EDUCATION
Once your shiny new system is installed and tuned to perfection, you must understand how to use it. Our installation experts walk you through every operational scenario so you will feel confident using each component of your system. Of course, our experts are always available to answer questions or address your concerns even after your project is complete.

Step 6: SYSTEM MAINTENANCE
At Digital Vision & Sound, we realize your system will change over time and we are there to support you through these changes. With every addition of new furniture or components, you should retune your system to ensure optimal performance.
